Framestore has been creating world-beating visual effects for film and television for over twenty years. Our work has won numerous international awards, including the 2008 Academy & BAFTA Awards for our VFX on The Golden Compass, three BAFTA Craft Awards and thirteen Primetime Emmy Awards. The hundreds of projects on which we have worked include all of the Harry Potter films, Walking with Dinosaurs and its numerous sequels and spin-offs, many Bond titles and, recently, The Dark Knight.
We are looking for Pipeline TDs to join the team to cover work on projects including Gravity, War Horse and The Invention of Hugo Cabret, as well as some very exciting new film projects starting up very soon. The roles are working within the Pipeline team to solve problems and maintain the production workflow.
Successful candidates would be working as part of a show pipeline TD team.
A background in software development is preferred.
The role will involve writing pipeline tools and further develop the pipeline for use across Framestore shows.
The right candidate will have experience developing for a 3d application such as Maya or Houdini.
The right candidates will also need proven problem solving abilities and excellent communication/documentation skills.
